We raise lamb the way it was always meant to be done — open ground, honest feed, genuine care. No antibiotics. No shortcuts. No rush. Just a well-tended animal grown through a season on land we know.
How it works —
1. Reserve your lamb Claim your animal early. Numbers are limited each season. Members get first access.
2. We raise it Holistically on pasture. They grow naturally and have extended lives. You don't have to think about it — that's our part.
3. You choose your cuts When your lamb is ready for processing, contact the processor directly with your cut sheet. Never done one? We'll help walk you through it.
4. You pick up Collect your lamb from the processor — packaged, labeled, ready for your freezer.
The land raised it. You are a part the story.
